Elizabeth and Lawrence’s wedding day was a beautiful Hudson Valley story, unfolding across some of the area’s most iconic waterfront settings. They began with an intimate first look and bridal party portraits at the Vanderbilt Mansion in Hyde Park, where sweeping river views and historic architecture set a timeless tone for the day. From there, we continued portraits along the marina before heading to The Grandview in Poughkeepsie, where they exchanged vows outdoors and celebrated beneath the tent. With the river as their backdrop, the tented reception felt effortlessly elegant—open, romantic, and full of energy as the light shifted from golden hour into evening. A day rich with scenery, movement, and genuine moments, perfectly suited for a couple who wanted their celebration to feel both refined and relaxed.

They began the day getting ready at home before heading to St. Mary’s in Fishkill for a traditional church ceremony surrounded by family and friends. Afterward, we made our way to the marina for bridal party portraits, taking advantage of the river views and soft light before the celebration continued at The Grandview in Poughkeepsie. Inside the ballroom, their reception felt warm, elegant, and full of life—from heartfelt toasts to a packed dance floor. The night ended on a high note with an intimate last dance, followed by a joyful sparkler exit, a perfect send-off to a beautifully timeless wedding day.
